The Process of Risk Management
Ag Services, LLC uses the process shown below to implement the safety systems that will best fit your company. The safety directors will first identify current problems and their hazards within your business. Then, they will develop a strategy to deal with those problems. They will work with you and your team to implement the strategy to make the workplace a safer environment. They will continuously monitor the progress of the plan and make changes as needed. Lastly, the safety director reports to you and your team the outcome of the changes. The professionals from Ag Services, LLC will be your guide in implementing the process of risk management in your company.
