Ag Services, LLC is a company that provides safety and compliance consultation services for companies that need a safety person, but do not have the resources for a full-time safety director.

In 1999, Ag Services, LLC was established to help businesses solve their safety and compliance issues. The company started because many businesses struggled to solve their safety and compliance needs. Most businesses are too small to afford a full-time safety director, but many have workers compensation concerns and regulatory requirements that need to be managed. That usually meant that an employee was assigned those duties in addition to their already busy job functions. Due to the fact that other tasks would take precedent over the safety duties, the safety duties would take a back seat to more pressing matters. The end result was frustration with the complex regulations and not knowing where to turn for answers. Management would also get frustrated because they did not know what the safety job should entail, so they did not know how to manage that employee.

Currently, Ag Services, LLC employs 16 safety directors that work for over 100 different companies. Businesses contract with Ag Services, LLC for enough days per year to take care of their safety and compliance needs. Companies that are large will require more days per year than a smaller company that operates in only one industry. The Ag Service program is flexible enough to assist companies in a way that fits their needs.

Ag Services, LLC is led by a five member Board of Directors. KFSA manages the program for the Board. It is KFSA's responsibility to hire, train and supervise the individual safety directors of Ag Services, LLC. The safety directors spend their days applying proven risk management techniques with a “hands-on” approach. They are equipped with numerous resources and an abundance of technical expertise to ensure the customer’s needs are fulfilled.
