History & Mission
In 1999, Ag Services, LLC was established to help companies solve their safety and compliance concerns due to many establishments struggling to identify and resolve their safety and compliance needs. Many small businesses struggle to afford a full-time safety director, even though they have safety concerns and regulatory requirements that need to be managed. It is our mission to evaluate and assist in safety concerns that serve a company's specific needs without their business having to compromise by managing overworked employees and addressing safety concerns.
Board of Directors & Safety Directors
Ag Services, LLC is led by a five member Board of Directors. The board is managed by KFSA, Ag Services, LLC parent company, it's KFSA's responsibility to hire, train, and supervise the safety directors of Ag Services, LLC. Safety directors spend their days applying proven risk management techniques with a “hands-on” approach. They are equipped with numerous resources and an abundance of technical expertise to ensure the customer’s needs are fulfilled. Currently, Ag Services, LLC employs 14 safety directors working for over 100 different companies.
