In the late 90's regulatory pressure was mounting for agribusinesses and showed no signs of letting up. Many companies had been trying to hire and manage their own safety professionals but often found them working in the business and not much on safety and compliance. That's when a few visionary managers approached, what is today, ProValue Cooperative, Inc. and asked that they find someone, hire and train them, and manage the day-to-day safety operations. They would in turn share the cost associated with that safety director.
Out of this concept was born Ag Services, LLC #1, and soon it grew to 9 separate LLC's all with each one having its own individual boards of managers.
Then in 2009, it was decided to merge all of the LLC's together and is still the business model today. We take great pride in providing a professional level safety services to our ownership and customers.
It is our mission to provide a high value, professional safety consult centered around education and service to our members and customers.

Ag Services is led by a board of 5 managers. They have entrusted ProValue Insurance to administer the program & manage day-to-day operations.
Ag Services, LLC is a customer owned company that holds the service in high regard with a mission to provide agriculture safety.
